Northeast Spirit Store Pop Up This Week!

The PTO will be opening up the Northeast Spirit Store for all students to shop on Wednesday, November 16th during the school day. Students will get to visit the store in the Media Center with their classroom teacher. Please send cash in an envelope labeled with your child’s name and teacher’s name. Feel free to include a note with instructions for our store volunteers as well.

Monster Dash Volunteers

While families will not be able to come on campus to watch the event, we do need parent volunteers to help along the race course.

WAY TO GO Northeast Stars! We have already raised more than $23,000 towards our goal of $30,000 for the Monster Dash. Many thanks to all who have already contributed to our fundraiser so far! The Monster Dash is an outdoor fun run and obstacle course that will be held THIS FRIDAY, October 21st!!
As a reminder:
∗Every class with 100% participation (no amount is too small!) will receive an extra recess day!
∗The top fundraising class in each grade level wins a party from the PTO
∗Top 3 individual fundraisers win a Northeast Spirit Wear basket
∗If we meet our fundraising goal of $30,000, Principal Marinello will paint his hair YELLOW & BLUE!!

MONSTER DASH 2022

Let’s get excited for the Northeast Monster Dash! This week kicks off our biggest school fundraiser of the year! The Monster Dash is an outdoor fun run and obstacle course that will be held on Friday, October 21st. We will need parent volunteers to help setup the course and chaperone the race. We are excited to streamline the fundraising this year by going online with 99Pledges, which allows you to reach out to friends and family by email, Facebook, and Twitter for donations. This year the PTO and staff have planned the fundraiser, so we get to keep all the money that we raise!!

Please see the detailed flyer about rewards and incentives for participation in the fundraiser. Check for an email coming soon from 99Pledges/Northeast Monster Dash with a link to your child’s online pledge page. Our goal is to have 100% student participation so please know that no amount is too small!

Northeast Fun Run Fundraiser

Get Ready…Get Set…It’s almost time for the Northeast Fun Run Fundraiser!!! Every student will participate in a fall-themed obstacle course run/walk event on Friday, October 21st. Stay tuned for more details and the big reveal soon on our Fall Fun Run Fundraiser page.

This fundraiser will be fully planned by the Northeast PTO, which means we keep all funds raised during the event! Volunteers will be needed to direct the course and cheer for our students on the day of the run. Please keep a lookout for more details coming soon.

RESERVED PARKING SPOTS

ENTER TO WIN A RESERVED PARKING SPOT!

Never worry about finding a parking spot at Northeast again! Enter for your chance of securing 1 of 2 reserved parking spots located in the front of the building for the 2022-2023 school year. Each entry is $10 (you may enter as many times as you like). Deadline to enter is Wednesday, September 21st – winners will be selected at Book Fair Family Night on 9/21. You need not be present to win.

There are 3 ways to enter:

1) Print out and return this form with $10 per entry (flyers will also be sent home with your child)
2) Pay via credit card in our Northeast Online Store
3) Venmo @NEPTO with First & Last Name and include PARKING in the notes

Your donation will support field trips, educational programs, and classroom activities for Northeast students this school year.

Northeast Online Spirit Store

The Northeast Online Spirit Store is now open for business! Show your Northeast pride by sporting some newly designed spirit wear. A variety of Northeast shirts, sweatshirts, windbreakers, shorts and other fun gear are available for purchase. Orders will be delivered to your child’s classroom. Visit our online shop, support the school and make sure to email your favorite Northeast Spirit Wear Photos to the Yearbook committee.
