All Parents/Caregivers of 5th graders – you have 2 more weeks to send in a baby photo of your 5th grade student for the yearbook. Help us create this fun page exclusively for 5th graders. Select 1 baby picture of your child from when they were between the ages of 0-2 years old. Email the photo as a “large” or “full-size” image to [email protected]. PLEASE be sure to include your child’s first and last name in the email.
You may also use this Google Form to upload your child’s picture directly to the yearbook committee.
Don’t let your child be left out of this section. Pictures are due January 17th. Thank you for your participation.
