Stamford Public Schools will use a combination of the following models to serve prepackaged meals:
- Classroom delivery – Food will be delivered to and eaten in the classroom.
- Cart distribution in hallway and common areas – Food will be available on carts and students will pick up items from the cart and take them to the classroom or other location in the school to eat.
- Grab and Go school and community sites – Food will be available for pick up to take home to eat.
A combination of these models will be used for breakfast and lunch in all schools, which will include a dismissal grab-and-go for students participating in the Hybrid Model. Students participating in the Distance Teaching and Learning Academy will be able to pick up meals at three school sites.
