The PTO received many strong nominations and we would like to recognize our 3 finalists – congratulations to Ms. Ronaghan, Ms. Kanel and Ms. McLeod! All three finalists are exceptional educators and deserving of the award, however, we were only able to nominate one educator.
It is our honor to announce that Desiree Ronaghan, 1st grade teacher, is Northeast’s 2024 SPEF Educator Award Nominee! After 29 years of teaching, her impact on her students, colleagues, and the broader educational community remains robust and immeasurable. Congratulations Desiree and best of luck at this year’s SPEF Excellence in Education Awards Ceremony in March!
