Ways to Raise Funds for Northeast School PTO
The Northeast PTO manages a budget of approximately $79,000 to help support and maintain the wonderful programs we have at Northeast School. We need to achieve a target of $114 per student in order to have all these events. Every parent can be involved in some way through the following activities:
Box Tops for Education
Collect box tops and submit via the PTO mailbox throughout the school year. Download & print your collection forms now!
Why Raise Funds?
PTO funds go toward, for example:
Classroom Basics: Classroom News Magazine Subscriptions, Cultural Events, Teacher Spending Accounts, Media Center, Teacher Appreciation, Yearbook (approx. 38% of budget)
Science & Technology: Field Trips/Buses, Nature’s Classroom, PTO Website (approx. 16% of budget)
Art & Social Studies: Talent Show, Learning to Look, Fifth Grade Musical, Art Show, Museum Visits/Buses (approx. 29% of budget)
Building Community: PTO Meetings/Parent Education, Movie Night, Field Day, Dances, Community Service, Moving Up Day, Miscellaneous Fees (approx. 17% of budget)
