APEX Fun Run Is In Its Last Week!

Northeast’s 2-week leadership and fitness fundraiser starts today! After today’s pep rally our UNITED Squad will begin to form. Please check your student’s folder for a pledge kit this afternoon, and then start helping your child collect pledges for their laps.

Help us reach our $5/lap per child goal by calling family members and friends, sharing their pledge page from apexfunrun.com or even make a video and post it to Facebook (be sure to tag Northeast)! And don’t forget to check Facebook each day to read and see more about each day’s lesson. All students participate and earn motivational prizes and a race day t-shirt, regardless of donations gathered.

Race Day is Thursday, October 26th (Grades K-4) and Monday, October 30th (Grade 5). We need volunteers to cheer on our runners! Sign up for a volunteer shift when your child will be running. Please contact Alyssa Bernstein or Gena Russo with any questions.

Halloween Costume Drive

Northeast’s Annual Halloween Parade (10/31 @ 1:30pm) is a fun school & family event. The PTO wants to be sure that ALL students who want to march in the parade have a costume to wear…. but we need your help!

Do you have any gently-used Halloween costumes (size 6-12) that your kids have outgrown? Please consider donating these costumes to Northeast School for our wonderful Halloween celebration this year. We will be collecting these costumes in the Main Office in a box labeled – “HALLOWEEN!” Costumes will be collected until Friday 10/27.

Please contact PTO Community Service Co-Chairs Kelley Lombardo or Emily Giordano with any questions.
