We need volunteers for this highly attended event to help set up, serve ice cream and toppings, assist with the selling and collecting of tickets at the door, and help with the entertainment (kid magician), raffles, door prizes, and much more!
Look for the flyer in your student’s backpack to prepay for your ice cream. Cost is $4 per sundae if prepaid; the cost is $5 per sundae at the door. Tickets can be prepaid by cash, check, or online with a credit card.
Please sign up to volunteer! We would also appreciate any donations of supplies to defray the cost. (toppings, decorations, paper products, etc.) Please contact [email protected] with any questions.
