The Little Fourteen-Year-Old Dancer

ATTENTION, 2nd and 4th GRADE PARENTS:

Do you want to have fun in your child’s classroom?

Do you enjoy art and want to learn more?

Would you like to get to know your child’s classmates better?

Then volunteering for Learning to Look is for you!

Learning to Look is a fun and interactive art education program for all second and fourth grade classrooms.

We need parent volunteers to go into their child’s classroom once a month and have fun teaching them about the elements of art and select masterpieces from the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City – don’t worry, no art background required! Students in second grade will be looking at 18th and 19th century masterpieces and students in fourth grade will be looking at American masterpieces.

At the end of the school year the children, teachers, and parent volunteers will go on a field trip to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

If you would like to volunteer for this program, please contact Anna Martignoni at 203-595-9117 or [email protected].
